Ari was built with privacy in mind. We do not sell personal data or embed ad networks in the app. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our app. By using Ari, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We store your data locally on your device. If you have iCloud Sync enabled, your data will be synced to your iCloud account. You are the only person who can access this data. Apple's privacy policy can be found here.

We use PostHog to collect pseudonymous usage data so we can make informed product decisions. PostHog receives app events (e.g. which topics you follow, when you favorite a message) tied to a randomly generated device identifier; it never receives your name, email, or contact information. PostHog also derives an approximate location (country/region) from your IP address. PostHog's privacy policy can be found here.

We use Sentry to monitor app performance and catch errors to improve app stability. This helps us identify and fix issues quickly. Sentry collects technical information about app crashes and errors tied to a randomly generated installation identifier. Sentry's privacy policy can be found here.

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives purchase events and a pseudonymous user ID so subscriptions can be verified and restored across your devices. RevenueCat’s privacy policy can be found here.

We use Supabase to receive and store feature requests you submit through the app. Supabase receives the email address and message you provide, which we use only to follow up if we have further questions about your request. Supabase's privacy policy can be found here.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
